炒房的真的是中国人?

BC省公证协会(BC Society of Notaries Public)一份调查报告(2016年1月11日)披露,大温地区只有7%的房地产交易为外国买家,而菲沙河谷地区外国买家为2%,全省为5%。 这个调查报告是BC省公证协会内部在线调查,和房地产交易相关的133家会员机构参与了本次调查,其中包括大温地区的60家公证处和18家菲沙河谷地区公证处。
