This impressive neighborhood is perched on the hillside on the North side of 112th Avenue and enjoys views of the Fraser River, Coquitlam and beyond. This subdivision started in the early 1990′s on the site of what was once a gravel/sandpit.

A typical home here sits on a half acre lot, has a basement and a triple garage. The main entrance to this subdivision is at the corner of 160 street and 112th avenue but you can also enter off 112th avenue at 158a street where you’ll see a newer phase of the neighborhood that has smaller lots.
