If you don’t mind to be a little bit away from the center area, this is probably the most affordable area in Fraser Heights.

All houses in this area are two levels or rancher styles averaging about 1800 square feet finished with vinyl siding. Schools are not far away from this community, it is 2 or 3 blocks walking distance to Dogwood Elementary and Fraser Heights Secondary. The entrance to Eaglewood is South off 108th avenue on 155a Street.

This is the neighborhood you see to the West when you take the 156 street underpass.
