Fraser Woods is conveniently located near all the local amenities including Starbucks and the rec center, this neighborhood features mostly two story homes, ranchers, and more basement entry style homes than any other subdivision in Fraser Heights . Dogwood Elementary is just steps away from most of the houses here and Fraser Heights Secondary is also very close. The main entrance is South of 108th avenue at 157th Street but the entrance sign disappeared when the roundabout was installed.
